Hi, my name is Laura lanoire and I definitely give them five stars. If I could give them 10 I would they are kind they fix the problem very fast. We had a motor completely blow out and they made sure that we went through all the options for the best option for us and in no time we had our back up and running, they were very considerate. I have a son who is nonverbal and severely autistic and even his needs were put ahead of their own due to the fact that we had to keep our door unlocked because of him being an elopement  Risk So for any parents or individuals that are in need this summer of air conditioning repairs definitely get a hold of them. They are in amazing team all the way down to the secretary. Who does the appointment and also they give you a chance of winning prizes on drawings that they do and I was blessed at the time of need it very much so to be. Joe Taylor helped assess and solution a concern I had with my new AC unit and scheduled an additional appointment to come in and help resolve it - all without charging me a dime!
