Dan and Suzanne Dugan started this company in 2009 with $100 in a checking account. What began as a two-person operation working out of a truck grew steadily over the years, and picked up real momentum after a 2020 rebrand. Today, Dugan Air is a 22-person team growing 20 to 25% a year, built one hire and one job at a time.
