Our Charm Is Growing!
Communication was great- we received a call to ask if the tech could come earlier. We received a text prior to the tech coming to our home telling us who would be coming and there was even a picture of the tech who would be helping us. Tech was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what the problem was with our system and what needed to be fixed in order for it to run correctly. We appreciated all of the communication we received, especially the service tech’s explanation of the problem. We will definitely recommend Dugan Air to our friends & family!
Reached out to Dugan Air and they were so professional, asked a few questions and knew right away how important it was to get our system fixed. They explained that they would send someone out asap but that it might be after hours and even then gave me options to wait until morning. When I got ready to say we can wait I got a text that alerted me that my technician was on their way! Thomas was professional along with his the other technician. Quickly they accessed things and explained what needed done. Highly recommend and will call them again when needed.
Always professional and courteous. They were here in less then 12 hours and got it fixed. Aaron Lee was patient and helped me understand what was needed to keep my system running smoothly.
Bill was awesome as usual. He's efficient and friendly. I can always count on build to do his job. He found something today that was still under warranty and fixed it right away.

Receptionist and technician were both very polite and courteous. Called Dugan at 3:00 on a Friday and technician arrived at 4:30 and had my a/c fixed by 6:00. Will definitely use this company again.
I rely on Dugan to maintain the heating and cooling systems in two of my investment properties. The pricing has always been fair the service is professional. The service is often the same day when it's an emergency on the weekend they're there to take care of things right away. I would highly recommend them.

Dugan Air Company is one of the Best Professional businesses from start to finish! I called to leave a message on a Sunday for a quote and the receptionist answered on a Sunday evening. Dan came out the very next day for our quote. My wife and I the scheduled our instalationdate. These Gentlemen we're on time with no phone calls needed. The work done was very professional,kind and considerate of our needs. I would 110% Recommend these gentlemen and the Dugan Company for any of these needs. Our Unit is so Quiet that my Wife and I were shocked that the unit was running!!! This is NO JOKE!!! WOW!!. Thank you Dan and the Crew for our New and improved unit!! Excellent service. Made appointment online the night before for routine maintenance because my schedule opened up. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Ben, the tech, was quick and efficient in his work. He advised us that an electronic part was showing signs of failure, but that it was still in the “ok” range. We went ahead and replaced the part. There was no pressure to buy and no pushy sales. Excellent experience with a great company. Highly recommended!

We’ e used Dugan Air for everything related to heating and cooling and they’ve also installed 2 water heaters, one of which required extensive installation. They have maintained and repaired everything for us for close to a decade at 3 residences, installed 2 ductless systems and recently installed a new AC, heating system, and wifi thermostat. They are always responsive day, night, weekends and holidays. We feel very confident with the knowledge and integrity of all the technicians. It’s evident that Dan Dugan and everyone stays updated on the most efficient and reliable equipment and they stand behind their service and equipment. Honestly, we couldn’t recommend them more highly than we do.
Our technician, Max, was courteous and professional. We had a maintenance contract heating inspection and tuneup completed and are very impressed with the incredible communication and execution of this engagement. Very nice people, answered all of our questions, no pressure to get unit we could not afford. Was installed not long after making decision and the gentleman that came to install we very nice. Will use them again.

Duggan has great staff. Max, my technician, was helpful, efficient, and skilled with a laid back style. He recommended the new air filtration, I wave system, provided an informative brochure, gave me time to make the decision, and came back in 2 days for installation. This is an awesome company.

We recently had an issue with our AC and the tech arrived shortly after I called. The service I received was phenomenal from the point of explaining the system and issue, to the protective equipment he used for our home. From the office staff to the field technician, Dugan Air gave us great service. We were able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and received a follow up confirmation. On the day of our appointment, AC Technician called ahead to let us know he could come earlier if we were available. He quickly diagnosed our problem, explained the work needed, listed out the costs, answered our questions, and then made the repairs. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience.
