Position Summary: The goal of the Comfort Advisor is to close replacement sales. The Comfort Advisor is personally connected to each client offering the right solutions to fulfill each client’s needs and close the sale with adequate margins.

Main Responsibilities

• Establish trust through building credibility, rapport and demonstrating empathy with clients.
• Close the sale ensuring the client and the company’s needs are met.
• Execute the Comfort Consultant Sales Process on each and every call.
• Follow-up appropriately on sales calls and disposition accurately in paperwork.
• Design comfort systems appropriately by fully understanding the client’s needs and the
• calculations necessary to do so.

Work start and end time:Work as needed on client’s schedules to close sales.

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: Base Salary with 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% Commission

Qualifications needed for this position:

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to utilize iPads, iPhones and software technology
• Advanced customer service skills – must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
• Experience in HVAC trade a plus but not a necessity
